Computer Repairs Perth

Most of the time we can get to you same-day. Book in the morning and we're usually there by afternoon. We service all Perth metro suburbs from Joondalup to Rockingham.

You pay for the first hour either way — that is the minimum on both services, $205 on-site and $125 remote, both including GST. What no fix, no fee means is that if we cannot resolve a standard support issue, we do not keep billing past that first hour. It does not apply to hardware repairs, and any parts we fit are payable. We tell you the cost before we start, and if we can see a job is going to run past the hour, we tell you before the hour is up so you can decide.

We carry common parts in our van — RAM, SSDs, power supplies. For specific parts, we'll order them in (usually next-day) and come back to install.

We always try to preserve your data. If there's any risk, we'll discuss backup options before proceeding. Data recovery is available if needed.

All our repairs come with a warranty. If the same issue comes back, we'll fix it free of charge. Parts have their own manufacturer warranty too.
