On-site support is $205 per hour including GST, with a one-hour minimum, and the rate is the same whether you are in the CBD, the northern suburbs or the southern suburbs. Remote support is $125 per hour including GST, also with a one-hour minimum, where we can fix the problem without coming out. Any parts we fit are charged at cost on top. There is no call-out fee on top of the hourly rate and no after-hours surcharge — we work seven days, 7am to 8pm.
Is there a call-out fee or a minimum charge?
There is no separate call-out fee and no diagnostic fee. The minimum is one hour of whichever service you book — $205 on-site or $125 remote, both including GST — and after the first hour we bill in the same hourly blocks. If we can solve it remotely instead of coming out, you pay the remote rate and nothing else. We work seven days, 7am to 8pm.
