- One-hour minimum, and most jobs finish well inside it
- If it turns out to need a visit, we tell you before the hour is up
Business managed IT
from $1,000 / month
Excluding GST · up to 5 users · no setup fee, no lock-in contract
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licensing and administration
- Website hosting, maintenance, domain registration and DNS
- DMARC email authentication so criminals cannot spoof your domain
- Managed endpoint and identity detection with a 24/7 security operations centre
- Basic SEO and a business-hours help desk for the whole team
- On-site visits charged separately at $205 per hour including GST

Pricing FAQs
How much does IT support cost in Perth?
On-site support is $205 per hour including GST with a one-hour minimum, and remote support is $125 per hour including GST, also with a one-hour minimum. Parts are charged at cost on top. There is no call-out fee and no after-hours surcharge.
Is the price different in outer suburbs?
No. The on-site rate is $205 per hour everywhere in the Perth metro area we service, from Clarkson to Mandurah. We do not add travel charges by distance, and the rate is the same in the CBD as it is in the outer suburbs.
Do you charge more on weekends or after hours?
No. We work seven days between 8am and 8pm at the same hourly rate. Saturday afternoon costs exactly what Tuesday morning costs.
Is there a call-out fee or a diagnostic fee?
Neither. The minimum is one hour of whichever service you book — $205 on-site or $125 remote — and there is nothing added on top of it. After the first hour we bill in the same hourly blocks.
How long does a typical job take?
Most jobs are finished inside the first hour. If we can see a job is going to run longer, we tell you before the hour is up so you can decide whether to continue.
How much does managed IT support cost for a business?
Complete managed IT starts at $1,000 per month excluding GST for a business of up to five users, $1,500 for up to ten and $2,500 for up to twenty. That covers Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licensing, website hosting, domain and DNS, DMARC email authentication, managed endpoint detection with a 24/7 security operations centre, basic SEO and a business-hours help desk. No setup fee and no lock-in contract.
What happens if you cannot fix the problem?
You pay for the first hour either way, because that is the minimum on both services. What no fix, no fee means is that we do not keep billing past that first hour on a standard support issue we cannot resolve. It does not apply to hardware repairs, and any parts we fit are payable.
