I'm not a first-time user of Geeks Perth, so evidently I'm happy with my experience of their expertise. However, on this occasion I had need of a technician on the Sunday of the ANZAC Day long weekend, and, to my surprise and gratitude, they nonetheless sent someone out. He arrived on time (as has usually been my experience), and dealt with the problem I had been experiencing--my PC's inability to connect with WiFi/internet--quickly and efficiently.
