How patient are you with seniors?
Very patient! We understand technology can be confusing and overwhelming. We explain everything clearly, repeat things as many times as needed, and never rush you. No question is silly — we're here to help you feel confident.
I'm not tech-savvy at all — can you still help?
Absolutely! We specialize in helping people who are new to technology or find it confusing. We start from the very basics and go at your pace. Many of our clients were complete beginners and are now confidently using their devices.
Do you come to my home?
Yes, we come to your home across Perth. It's more comfortable for you, and we can work with your own devices in your familiar environment. We service all Perth metro suburbs from Joondalup to Rockingham.
How long does a session take?
Usually 1-2 hours depending on what you want to learn. We don't rush — we go at your pace and make sure you understand before moving on. Some people book follow-up sessions to learn more or refresh their knowledge.
Can you help with scam emails and online safety?
Definitely. We'll show you how to spot scam emails, avoid phishing attempts, use strong passwords, and stay safe online. Seniors are often targeted by scammers, so we make sure you know what to watch for.
What should I have ready for your visit?
Just your device (phone, tablet, or computer) and any passwords you might need. If you have a list of questions or things you want to learn, that's helpful but not essential. We'll work through whatever you need help with.
