How long does printer setup take?

Most printer setups are done within 30-60 minutes. This includes unboxing (if brand new), connecting to WiFi or computer, installing drivers, and making sure everything prints properly. Network setups for multiple devices might take a bit longer.

Do I need to buy any cables or software?

Usually not — most printers come with everything needed. Wireless printers don't need cables at all. If your printer didn't come with a USB cable and you want a wired connection, we can advise. All software/drivers are free downloads.

Can you set up my old printer on a new computer?

Absolutely. As long as the printer still works and drivers are available for your new Windows version, we can get it connected. Very old printers (10+ years) sometimes lack modern drivers, but we'll check compatibility first.

What's the difference between USB and WiFi printing?

USB connects directly to one computer with a cable — simple and reliable but only that computer can print. WiFi lets any device on your network print wirelessly — more flexible but needs proper network setup. We recommend WiFi for most homes and offices.

Will you show me how to use the printer?

Yes, we'll walk you through the basics — printing, scanning (if it's a multifunction), changing cartridges, and any special features your model has. We want you confident using it after we leave.
