How quickly can you come out?
Most of the time we can get to you same-day. Book in the morning and we're usually there by afternoon. We service all Perth metro suburbs from Joondalup to Rockingham.
What does "no fix, no fee" mean?
Simple — if we can't fix your computer, you don't pay for the repair. There's a diagnostic fee, but the repair itself is only charged if we actually solve the problem.
Do you repair all brands?
Yep — Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, custom builds, you name it. We work on all Windows PCs. For Macs, check out our Apple repair page.
What if you need parts?
We carry common parts in our van — RAM, SSDs, power supplies. For specific parts, we'll order them in (usually next-day) and come back to install.
Will I lose my files?
We always try to preserve your data. If there's any risk, we'll discuss backup options before proceeding. Data recovery is available if needed.
Do you offer warranty on repairs?
All our repairs come with a warranty. If the same issue comes back, we'll fix it free of charge. Parts have their own manufacturer warranty too.
